Travel Details

The easiest airport to fly into is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) — it's well-connected and just 30 minutes from Park City. Once you land, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available throughout Salt Lake City and in Park City, making it easy to get around without a car. Transport/Shuttle Services will be provided on June 6th from the Hotel Thaynes to the venue. Load time will be from 2:45-3:00, leaving promptly at 3:00PM to TAG Ranch. Transport will also be provided at the end of the wedding at 10:00PM with a stop at Hotel Thaynes for guests to drop off personal items in rooms, then will continue on to a drop-off at No Name Saloon for the after party. If you are not staying at the Hotel Thaynes, you are still welcome to take provided transport but will need to be there by the load time. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in the mountains!

This hotel is a short uber or an enjoyable 15 minute walk to our Welcome Dinner location. Transport will be arranged to and from this hotel for the ceremony and reception on June 6. What To Wear

We’re leaning into the western spirit of the mountains, and we’d love for you to do the same. Think boots, rich colors, textures, fringe, hats, leather, and bold accessories. For men, feel free to swap the traditional blazer for a leather jacket or vest. (Kindly note: no denim jeans.) Our entire celebration will take place outdoors, so we recommend comfortable, closed-toe shoes you can walk and dance in, cowboy boots are highly encouraged. The round pen where we’ll be dancing is sand, so heels and open-toe shoes may not be the best choice. Mountain evenings can cool off quickly, so we suggest bringing a jacket or layer to stay cozy under the stars. We’ll also have a fun accessory + branding station during cocktail hour at the wedding reception on June 6th where you can add a little extra flair to your boots, hats, belts, and more. If you don’t already have a cowboy hat, you’ll have the option to purchase one on-site.
